Oliver - Chris & Family

Oliver A. Holbert III and wife Christine live in White Plains, Maryland. They have three children, Jason, Travata and Catherine.

Oliver and Chris visited with Skip & Barbara in September 2009 and everyone had a wonderful time.

They spent some time in Gulfport, MS visiting with Chris' son Travata and his wife and daughter before ending their trip in Baton Rouge. Chris' other son, Jason, is a manager at Men's Warehouse. Oliver and Chris' daughter, Catherine "Chatty" Underwood, is the mother of Skip's first great-grand daughter, Olivia. Chatty is the "Look-alike" for Skip's mom, Sarah.

Nov. 18-19, 2010 - We had another excellent visit from Oliver and Chris. They were here after visiting with Travata in Mississippi.

Recently, Jason Barnes, Chris' youngest son, passed away after a fight with cancer. Jason was 30 years old. He will be remembered as a very loving and caring person who accomplished many good things in his short life. He was a friend to many people. Jason always lit up a room when he entered. Jason had a wife and three children, two boys and a girl. He will be missed by all of the family and his co-workers.
