Sept. 20, 2011 - Liz has her 20th birthday party at home. She invited 12 people, or so she said, but at least 21 were there to sing Happy Birthday to Ms. Lizzie Herbert. PHOTOS

2011- Liz has her first job. She has worked for several months at Winn-Dixie as a cashier.

Liz has completed two semesters at Baton Rouge Community College. Liz will be back in school this next semester.

Sept. 21, 2009 - "Liz" is officially an adult! She turned 18 on Sunday. Saturday night, she and about 15 family and friends helped her celebrate the big occasion. After eating Gumbo, wings, red beans & rice, cake and ice cream, they all went to the bowling alley to roll a few lines.

The young adult was back home before midnight and she got up and attended 7:00 am church service with her grandparents at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Congratulations to Liz! Photos

May 21, 2009 - "Liz" graduated from Glen Oaks High School. Liz & Myeshia had a after party at home with many of their friends. PHOTOS

4/20/09 - Grand Daughter, Lizzie C. Herbert, who is a senior at Glen Oaks High School, had her Sr. Breakfast today. "Liz" was awarded a plaque for the Most Athletic Girl at Glen Oaks. Liz was a 4 sport athletic in middle school, but concentrated on Volleyball in high school where she made All-District. She also won awards in Music Keyboard II and for Sr. Girl Best Friends. Lizzie graduates on May 21, 2009.
